  • Concept and general functionalities written out
  • To be reviewed and signed off by CEO/MD and other stakeholders
  • Followed by detailed functional specifications and user-interface mock-ups
2. BUILD
  • Re-use & adapt Field Buzz platform
  • Customize and develop any new elements
  • Collect reference data, forms…
  • Testing and feedback internally and by certain target users in the field
  • Bug fixes, functionality and user-interface improvements
  • Clean/complete/update/modify reference data and forms
3. PILOT
  • Target: ~5-10 users
  • Allow to run for 3 weeks
  • Intensive coaching & oversight of pilot users
  • Analyze results of pilot
  • Make required changes to functions, interfaces or reference data
  • Plan organization-wide deployment and training
4. ROLL OUT
  • Introduce devices & system to areas sequentially
  • Progressively enforce compliance, with rewards and penalties
  • Kick-off training for all users
  • Additional “train-the-trainer” sessions
  • Helpdesk & system alerts about users most in need of special attention
  • Trouble-shooting and database/software maintenance as required
